Attorney Nelson Boyle

Nelson was born in Denver, grew up here, and returned to start a family while working and earning a law degree at the same law school as his dad.

Following law school, Nelson served in the Appellate Division of the Colorado Public Defender's office until the birth of his second child. Nelson next worked as an associate attorney in a small litigation firm in Denver until late 2009, where he sharpened his litigation skills. Before law school, Nelson was privileged to serve as an employee in several state government offices in-between legislative sessions and at the Colorado General Assembly in 2002 and 2003. While attending law school at night, Nelson was a law clerk in a prestigious personal injury firm.

By starting his own practice in 2009, Nelson has become more effective in helping people confront their legal problems. Founding of the Boyle Law Office allowed Nelson to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection. Combining BLO with the Carter Law Group to form Carter Boyle has allowed both Nelson and Carter to accentuate their strengths and be more successful for their clients.

Nelson is licensed to practice in Colorado and currently practices in all levels of Colorado Courts and in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Nelson is a member of the American Association for Justice, American Constitution Society, and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.  Since 2009, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, with his current term expiring in 2013.  Nelson is also active in the New Lawyers' Division of the American Association for Justice and supporter of the American Civil Liberties Union.
